David Lloyd - Chairman

David Lloyd is a former professional tennis player and was part of the team that took Great Britain to the 1978 Davis Cup World Final. Following his retirement from a distinguished tournament career, David spent 4 years on research and raised the investment to open his first indoor court club in Heston, West London in 1982 and as interest in the leisure market increased, David succeeded in another remarkable first for the health club sector in 1992 by securing a high profile public listing. David Lloyd Leisure still remains an industry phenomenon, sustaining the largest private membership of any racquet and fitness club in Europe. The business was recently bought for £925 million by a consortium of London and Regional Holdings and Bank of Scotland.

David is currently launching "David Lloyd Resorts", focusing on fractional ownership and premium luxury developments around the world including, of course, Kamala Falls Residential Resort.

Ben Daniel - Founder and Managing Director

Ben Daniel, the Managing Director of Lotus Trinity, has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, most recently with Ernst and Young in Hong Kong, and has worked extensively in China and S.E. Asia becoming involved in the property market here in Thailand early in 2000.

Ben eventually came to Phuket full time in 2005 to act as the General Manager for Lighthouse International on the “Tamarind Hills” resort (www.tamarindhills.com) and was previously involved with the overseas sales of “Palm Villas” for Coco Samui (www.cocosamui.com) in Koh Samui and “The Elysian” (www.theelysian.com) in Bali. He holds a BSc. in Engineering, a BA in Marketing and an MSc. in Computing and is affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Banking and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He currently lives in Kamala, Phuket with his wife Lynne who teaches music at the British International School and his son Joff, who was born in April 2008.

Francois Nel - Sales Director

Francois Nel, the Sales Manager for Lotus Trinity, has been involved in real estate development and sales since 2000 but started in the industry when he was based as the financial controller for an interior design and furnishings group in South Africa in 1993.

Originally from Port Elizabeth in South Africa, Francois has since worked in Dubai and moved to Thailand in 2006. In addition to his Marketing qualifications, he holds a BSc. in Property Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and now lives in Phuket with his wife, Fiona, and their 5 year old daughter Kimberley.

Joe Kasisopa - Director

Joe came to Lotus Trinity with a strong background in sales and property management most recently with Singhara Global Estate and Phuket One Real Estate. He is a Thai national with very strong connections in local and national politics and shares his time between Phuket and Bangkok.

Joe has an impressive sales record and has worked closely with a number of the premium developments on the island including Patong Loft, Sri Panwa and Nanai Loft to name but a few.  With over 15 years experience in the property sector in Thailand, Joe has sold and owned property all over the world and brings a wealth of sales and marketing expertise together with the invaluable inside knowledge of the local market.

Chris Clifford - Project Manager

Chris Clifford has been in the building industry for over 40 years beginning in the industrial and domestic roofing trade and progressing into all areas of building and construction management. Chris has worked extensively contracting for large corporations, local government, developers and Hotel groups and fit outs for such companies as Amoco Oil and Marsh Insurance.

Although Chris has managed his own developments and companies in the past he has agreed to move here to Phuket and work with us on the completion of Kamala Falls Condominium Resort and also some of the other David Lloyd Resorts projects on Phuket including Lotus Gardens Condominium Resort and another premium villa resort development to be unveiled later this year.

Kwanjai (Kwan) Samani - Office Manager

Kwan Samani, the Office Manager for Lotus Trinity, graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a degree in Political Science followed by a Business Administration Degree.

Kwan has worked in Project coordination and administration management for a number of local property agents and developers such as Andaman Prestige, Lersuang, Asia Island Homes and Maimoon Bungalows, before joining SOCON in 2005.

Kwan transferred to Lotus Trinity in October 2006 and now manages the legal and government liaison for the company together with the sales and purchase contracts and office management. She lives locally with her husband, Imron, who is an Electrical Engineer with Thaisarco, and her two children.

A-echah (ChaCha) Jarajorn - Executive Assistant

A-echah (ChaCha) Jarajorn, the Executive Assistant of Lotus Trinity, graduated from Prince of Songkhla University - Trang Campus with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Science.

Cha worked as an office administrator for an international restaurant chain in Bangkok for three years before joining the Lotus Trinity team in the summer of 2008. Her responsibilities include office administration, HR management and IT support.

Supaksiri (Marisa) Polyiem - Sales Coordinator

Marisa, the Sales Coordinator for Lotus Trinity, operates out of Bangkok and takes care of our agents and clients based there.

Her specialiaty is overseas liaison and the management of seminars and invitational events, both in Asia and abroad. She is currently splitting her time between Bangkok, Phuket and the UK.

Nattagan (Bank) Kasisopa – Sales Representative

Bank is a Thai national and native Thai speaker and graduated from Payap University after majoring in English and worked as an English teacher before moving to Phuket where she became a sales representative for the Patong Loft Condominium project and now lives and works full-time in Phuket.

After building her experience in the property market, Bank worked as an assistant to the Director and then moved to work as the Senior Administrator for the Director of the Stoney Monday Destination Paradise’s project where she also enjoyed some success in training and running sales teams both in Pattaya and here in Phuket. Bank finally joined Lotus Trinity in 2009.
